Where’s My e-Book?
Upon successfully placing your order, you should have been instructed to click a link that says, “Return to Merchant”, which would have taken you to the download page.
Because customers sometimes miss that link, you’ll be receiving an email sent to email address associated with your PayPal account. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive this email.
Here are possible, common issues and solutions:
– The email address associated with your PayPal account may not be your current email address. If this is the case, then you’ll need to log into your PayPal account and locate the email address you have on file there and then check that email address for your download information.
If your on file PayPal email address is no longer active, email your first and last name to: email@example.com from your current email address to have the download sent there.
– The email containing your download information may have ended up in your SPAM/BULK folder. If within24 hours you do not see an email that says, “Thank you for purchasing Bradelocz!”, then you may need to check your spam folder. This is especially the case if you use Yahoo (or Ymail) or Hotmail, as they tend to filter emails from certain email addresses right to the spam folder.
I Thought I Was Receiving a Physical, Printed Book Shipped To My Home
As indicated on my main webpage, Bradelocz is NOT a physical book, it is a downloadable e-book that you download to your computer or mobile device. You have the option of printing it if you choose.
I’m Having Technical Problems
If you are experiencing technical issues with downloading your purchase, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed explanation of the problem and/or the error message you are receiving.
